MU N. 03 – Travelogue. Underground and Undersea explores travel beyond conventional routes, diving into subterranean worlds, psychological depths, and imaginary geographies. A journey beneath the surface, where new perspectives emerge in the dark.

Inspired by the Travelogue exhibition, this issue delves into the hidden spaces of the Earth and the sea—realms once associated with the afterlife, now at the center of scientific, artistic, and philosophical inquiry.

Through texts, images, and visions, the volume maps an atlas of the unseen: from dark geologies to inner landscapes, from oceanic exploration to symbolic drift. Echoing the words of Philip K. Dick—“If you find this world bad, you should see some of the others”—MU invites readers on a journey into the depths, where fear and wonder meet.
